The lecturer, Patrick J. Borchers, is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean at Albany Law School of Union University. In 1993 he was named on of the nation's top teaching professors by the National Jurist. He was the co-recipient of the American Bar Association's award for administrative law scholarship in 1995. Professor Borchers is the author of several articles on administrative and constitutional law, and is the co-author of the leading case book on conflict of laws.
